The resort was clean, staff were all very helpful from check in to check out. Room/suite was large and comfortable. Loved the “in Steam” shower option. The pools were very clean and spacious, enough chairs and areas to sit did not feel crowded. Lazy river was also long enough to fell relaxing and loved the tropical theme. Restaurant was reasonably priced and very good food. Gift shop/store had good selections of food items (if you didn’t want to stop at a convenience store). Loved that it was not directly on the Las Vegas strip.

Room was superb. Parking hard to find late at night. Shuttle to strip was so convenient. Loved the non feel of Vegas Casino, so perfect. Tower 2 elevator non-working. Manager (Filipino looking) was extremely warm and so welcoming! Concierge lady (Ahmar??) is nice and friendly but talked my ears off.

everything was pretty much convenient and on property. it wasn’t a hassle to ask if you needed something. we stayed in a jr suite so there was a lot of stuff that came with it already so that was a plus.

I was very happy with the area the property is located and I love there it is not a casino. I think the property outdoors, is very well kept. Very pretty. I LOVE the BBQ area and option.
